To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at drcanond@gmail.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplements or products that have been unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
